We ship everything from Diamond Bar, California. Orders are carefully packaged with the thought of what could happen in the worst case scenario (not that there is any but it is always good to think of the "what if's") for when the package is out of our hands. Therefore, careful attention how we wrap our jewelry is our priority! All orders are typically processed within 24 hours during weekdays excluding any holidays. No changes can be made to the order once the order has been shipped.

Insurance can be purchased upon request and will be billed to the customer accordingly. 


All Domestic orders are shipped FREE yes, FREE! Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking to be updated by the courier and 3-5 days for transit.

International shipping cost will calculated upon checkout. Please allow 10-20 days for transit. Customers assume all responsibility for taxes, customs and/or any fees associated with their country during customs and are in no way the responsibility of Shperk.

By placing an order with Shperk, customer acknowledges that Shperk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process, as we have no control of the package once it leaves us. Please make sure your address is correct on all counts. All orders are shipped to the address provided in the order, if an incorrect address was provided and the order is shipped, Shperk will assume no liability for any delays, lost or misplaced packages. If the tracking/delivery states that a package was "delivered" we assume the package was delivered and are not responsible if it wasn't as there is nothing we can do once the carrier states that the package was delivered. We are only responsible for your order up until we ship the package. Once the package is out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for the package.
There are no cancellations once the order is marked "shipped."
